Teaching kids to code

Let me start by saying that it's NEVER too late to learn something new on the computer, in this case it would be coding. I personally wish that when I was younger that I learned to code.  I'm pretty sure that my life would be very different if I was a coder, either good or bad, it would likely be different.  My mother was very forward thinking. doing things and going places that most other kids where not doing.  For instance, very cool, that we went to Origami classes, that we went to a art camp in the summer. Not as cool would be the times that we went to the local cemetery and did grave rubbings!  Freaked me the hell out.  Friggin nightmare fuel right there!

Coding is, in my opinion, one of those things that every kid should learn something about. Thousands of different languages are used around the world the same is true for coding you jsut have to find the right one that fits you or your child.
